• Email SMS Notification

  £13.25 per month

This feature allows you to receive emails or notification of email arrival via SMS. For example, you can set an email address such as sms@(one of your domain names) and have all the emails sent to this address automatically texted to your mobile phone and forwarded on to another address as well. You can also set up notifications so when email arrives at an address such as orders@(one of your domain names), a short text message is sent to you to tell you an email has arrived.

The service includes up to 50 texts per month as standard and works on any of our hosting accounts.

• Domain-Only Mailboxes

  £12.00 per year

If you just want a domain with a single e-mail address, but don't need the associated hosting, you can - saving you money! Buy a Mailbox to use with your domain name, and use with any email client.

A Domain-Only Mailbox gives you the ability to store email and collect it when you want to using a program like Thunderbird, Outlook Express or our free Webmail program. You can use Mailboxes in conjunction with our free catch-all email forwarding or normal email forwarding features. For example, you could set all email@your-domain.com to go to your Mailbox and then collect this mail each day with your usual e-mail client software.

PLEASE NOTE: A Domain-Only Mailbox can only be established by us on your behalf, after you have confirmed your order; it can't be created immediately. We will endeavour to set it up as quickly as possible, and let you know when it has been done.

• Exchange Mailboxes

  £6.75 per month, or £79.00 per year

An Exchange Mailbox keeps you connected wherever you go, with a 10GB capacity, free mobile device support and Outlook Web Access (webmail). Enterprise level spam filtering and virus scanning, and a free copy of Outlook 2010 are also included, making Exchange the most comprehensive email solution available. Outlook 2010 provides you with a rich email interface, full forwarding and autoresponder features, along with individual and shared calendars, contact lists, and task lists.

Please note: If you already have a standard Mailbox that you wish to upgrade to Exchange, you will need to delete it first.

• Premium Mailboxes

  £6.75 per year

Our standard Mailboxes are 400MB. This may be sufficient for most purposes, but if it isn't, you can extend the space to massive 2GB.

Existing Standard Mailboxes can be upgraded to Premium Mailboxes. If you only need the addtional capacity of a Premium Mailbox for a limited time (perhaps you are conducting a special marketing campaign), you can downgrade it back to a standard Mailbox later. Please note that premium Mailboxes renew until cancelled.
